FAQ

  • Do I need testing before I book an appointment?
No — we’ll start with a full health review during your initial consultation. If testing is needed, I’ll guide you through the options then.

  • Is functional testing always required?
Not always. Testing is helpful for deeper insight, but many clients begin with diet, lifestyle and supplement support before testing becomes necessary.

  • What should I start doing first?
Book your first session. We’ll explore what’s going on for you and create a step-by-step plan that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

  • I’ve tried everything — will this be different?
That’s something I hear often. My approach is personalised, root-cause focused and grounded in both natural medicine and science. Many clients come to me after years of frustration and finally begin to feel real progress.

  • When will I start feeling better?
Everyone is different, but most clients notice subtle improvements in energy, mood or sleep within a few weeks — and deeper shifts as we continue working together.

  • Do you offer online appointments?
Yes, I offer both in-person and online consultations — so you can choose what works best for your schedule and lifestyle.

  • Do you work with male clients too?
Absolutely. While I often work with women, I also support men with stress-related fatigue, sleep, energy and hormonal health.

  • What do you do as a Naturopath?

As a Naturopath and Nutritionists, I use Natural Medicine, functional testing, comprehensive case taking, pathology and referral and analysis. I take into consideration the whole of you, including your physical, mental and emotional health.

  • What types of treatments do you use?

I use herbal medicine, natural medicine, flower essences as well as nutritional therapy, diet and lifestyle advice.

  • How many visits do I need?

You will come in for your initial and follow-up appointments and then ongoing support includes monthly appointments until we have calmed your symptoms. From here your appointments will then shift to every 2-3 months to review your plan, assess your symptoms and build on your health. Normally my clients see me monthly for 6-12 months.

  • How do I prepare for my appointment?

You can prepare for your appointment by collective any relevant test results from the past few years.
