Identity Shift Reflection Sheet

Use these questions to go deeper than willpower. These reflections help you align habits with your next-level self.

  1. Who am I becoming through my current habits?

  2. What version of myself am I still holding onto, even though it no longer serves me?

  3. If I already was the vibrant, calm, energised version of me… 

    → What would I say yes to? 

    → What would I say no to?

  4. What habit or pattern have I outgrown?

  5. What do I want to feel more of each day — and what small change would support that?

  6. What belief do I need to let go of in order to grow into who I’m becoming?

  7. What identity am I reinforcing when I… 

    → Skip meals? 

    → Say yes when I mean no? 

    → Stay in autopilot?

✅ This behaviour brings me energy, clarity or calm

✅ This choice aligns with my future self’s values

✅ I’m saying yes because it’s true — not out of guilt or fear

✅ This routine helps me feel more like me

Pick one:

☐ Go for a 5-minute walk and breathe like your future self

☐ Choose nourishing food as an act of self-respect

☐ Say no to one thing that drains your energy

☐ Speak one kind truth to yourself in the mirror

☐ Write down who you’re becoming — and reread it tomorrow

Finish this sentence each morning for 7 days:
